Psychopathy

The psychopath, unlike the narcissist, is goal-oriented and is not looking for attention and confirmation. A psychopath manipulates for what he wants, money, sex, priority, gadgets, etc. He is grandiose as the narcissist but not as sensitive to criticism as the narcissist but still as heartless and without a conscience. He sees everything and everyone including himself as objects that can be used according to his needs and will.
